Abstract

Optically active 4-aminopyrolidines were prepared by radical cyclization induced by addition of tin radical to N-(2-(methoxyimino)ethyl)-β-amino-α-methylene esters, which were readily prepared by Michael/aldol domino reaction to chiral sulfinimines.
