Abstract
Two novel cyclotriphosphazene derivatives were synthesized from hexachloro cyclotriphosphzene. Their structures were characterized by 1H, 31P, and 13C NMR spectroscopy as well as by IR spectroscopy and electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (ESI-MS). The Zn complex of 4d was effective in hydrolytic DNA cleavage reactions.
