ABSTRACT
We have studied the reactions of phosphorylated methylenequinones with diols and diamines. We developed the method of synthesis of novel alkyl-3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzylchlorophosphonate, the reactions of this compounds with diethylamine gives corresponding phosphonamides, whose oxidation results in new О-alkyl-P-((3,5-(di-tert-butyl-4-oxocyclohexa-2,5-diene-1-ylidene)methyl)-N,N-diethylphosphonamides. These reactions are a convenient method of synthesis of novel highly effective antioxidant drugs, containing sterically congested phenolic groups.
