Can onium type derivatives with a stereogenic sulfur atom serve as chiral ionic liquids? A literature search

Abstract

In this article, the authors presented a literature search devoted to the isolation of onium type derivatives with a stereogenic sulfur atom and the determination of their chemical and optical stability, which is important if their use as chiral ionic liquids is considered. The prospects for further development are also mentioned.
