SYNTHESE D'ARYLOXY-1 OU -3 OXO-2 PROPYLPHOSPHONATES ET LEUR CYCLODESHYDRATATION EN BENZOFURANNE PHOSPHONATES

Abstract

Les aryloxy-1 ou -3 oxo-2 propylphosphonates 1 et 2 sont préparés par action des phénates sur des formes masquées des halogéno-1 ou -3 oxo-2 propylphosphonates, les chloro-1 ou -3 méthoxycarbonylhydrazono-2 propylphosphonates 6b et 11 et le (bromo-3 diéthylamino-2 propène-1)ylphosphonate 9. La cyclodeshydratation des aryloxycétones 1 et 2 obtenues conduit aux benzofuranne phosphonates 3 et 4 dont les structures sont confirmées par spectroscopie de RMN 31P, 1H et 13C.

Phenoxides react with the masked halogenocarbonyl compounds, 1- or 3- chloro-2 methoxycarbonylhydrazonopropylphosphonates 6b or 11 and 3-bromo-2 diethylamino-1-propenylphosphonate 9, to give 1- or 3-aryloxy-2-oxopropylphosphonates of type 1 and 2. The aryloxyketones 1 and 2 thus obtained, when treated under acidic condition, are cyclodehydrated to the benzofurane phosphonates 3 and 4 which structures are fully determined using 31P, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy.
