Pages 31-39 | Published online: 31 May 2013

Abstract

Ethnocultural content is essential to the education of social workers. However, there are few guidelines for determining what content should be provided and how to provide it. This paper explores various sources in order to determine what content should be provided and then offers a framework of issues to consider when building ethnocultural content into the curriculum. Sources and issues for building ethnocultural content into the curriculum are discussed.
