Abstract
During the last decades, the creation of powerful research neutron sources has initiated the active application of experimental methods of neutron scattering in combination with other physical methods to the solution of practical problems of geology and geophysics, for example, to the development of the physics of the earthquake origin, a field of Earth sciences which is of great topical interest [1]. An important part of the concept of geodynamics is an understanding of the seismic activity of a geological medium and the physical sources of such activity. The process of preparation and development of a seismic fault cannot be fully understood and described without development of more precise and complex physical models of the geological medium.
