Neutron scattering and the folding and dynamics of the digestive enzyme pepsin

Abstract

Protein structure-function relationships involve a complicated interplay between folding, dynamics, stability and function. Neutron scattering techniques can provide valuable insight into both the spatial and temporal features that govern these relationships [Citation1].
