Abstract
The paper presents the experimental data related to the impact of alloying elements on the parameters of forming bubble structure and the trapping and relase regularities of ion-implanted helium in binary alloys of the nickel-alumuinium and nickel-titanium systems. It is inferred that substitution (Al and Ti) are high-effective traps for helium atoms directly or by means of vacancy trapping with creation of stable complexes which incorporate vacancies, helium and a dopant atoms.
