In the article, “Opioid Dependence as a Chronic Disease: The Interrelationships Between Length of Stay, Methadone Dose, and Age on Treatment Outcome at an Urban Opioid Treatment Program” by Kritz et al., published in Journal of Addictive Diseases 28(1), 53–56, 2009, an error occurred in the text on page 54 right-hand column, lines 3 and 4. The manuscript states, “There were 1.869 males (64.1%) and 1.045 females …” It should have been, “There were 1,869 males (64.1%) and 1,045 females …”
