The rhetoric of the oral argument in the regents of the university of California v. Bakke

This essay examines the rhetoric of the Oral Argument before the U.S. Supreme Court in the sensational “reverse discrimination”; case of 1978. Disparate legal and rhetorical stances emerge in the Argument, revealing the significance of rhetorical strategies in arriving at the judicial opinion.
