ABSTRACT
This research examines the relationship between proportionally higher usage of public cloud infrastructure with cost and schedule delivery variance within information technology projects of the United States government. This research demonstrates that agencies of the government that have proportionally higher levels of public cloud usage are better able to deliver projects on schedule than agencies with proportionally lower levels of public cloud usage.
