Abstract

As a powerful change force designed to significantly improve organizational performance, organizational transformation is an important yet often misunderstood part of today's competitive business world. The critical role of systems in most transformations makes it particularly important that IS managers understand the real meaning, approaches, and objectives of organizational transformation.
