ABSTRACT
The crystal structure, surface morphology and dielectric properties of BaZr0.2Ti0.8O3 ceramics sintered at 1250°C, 1300°C and 1350°C for 4 h in air atmosphere were investigated. The BZT ceramics sintered at 1250°C, 1300°C and 1350°C possess a pure perovskite structure and no secondary phase is observed. As the sintering temperature increased, the average grain size of the BZT ceramics increased. The temperature dependence of the dielectric constant was studied and the diffuse transition behavior is enhanced with the increase of sintering temperature.
