Abstract
Strontium Calcium Bismuth Titanate (SCBT) Samples were aggregated by crushing and heating oxides/carbonates of strontium, bismuth, calcium, and titanium. Analysis by X-ray diffraction presents the characteristic spades for materials of similar structure. The temperature response of dielectric constant has been recorded for a signal of various frequencies. An increase until Curie temperature has a huge impact on the dielectric constant. A transformed Lorentz equation is suggested to match experimental results and find the activation energy. To ensure the reliability of our formula, the value from the non-linear curve fitting is done. The activation energy is in the range 80–90 μeV.
