Abstract
This article describes the experience in forming vocational education clusters, created to overcome a personnel shortage in the aviation construction industry. This includes the V.P. Chkalov Novosibirsk Aircraft Production Plant, a subsidiary of the Sukhoi Company, and Novosibirsk education institutes, combining their efforts to train qualified and motivated factory workers for the future.
