Abstract
This article presents an analysis of projects involving federal state education standards for higher education, FSES3+ (FSES HE), in four areas, and examines the changes that have been introduced. We draw attention to the confusing way the general requirements for cultural competencies and their indexing have been introduced, to the lack of uniform borders among blocks of program structures, to the prerequisites for a new reduction of the list and volume of humanitarian disciplines, and so forth. We also suggest a possible new adjustment of higher education standards.
