Abstract
This article examines issues related to the transfer (commercialization) of technology created at universities and research institutes. Why has there been no “economic miracle” at universities from the sale of technology and copyrights, and what has prevented it? The authors propose concrete steps to solve these problems and to promote and commercialize scientific developments created in universities and institutes.
