Timothy M. Gill is a postdoctoral fellow at the Center for InterAmerican Policy and Research at Tulane University. His research focuses on U.S. foreign policy in Venezuela, and his work has been published in Sociological Forum, World Politics Review, and Third World Quarterly, among other locations. He is also a co-moderator of the Washington Office on Latin America’s Venezuelan Politics and Human Rights blog.
