Ricardo Gabriel

Ricardo Gabriel is a doctoral candidate in sociology at The Graduate Center of the City University of New York (CUNY). His research interests include Puerto Ricans in the U.S.; social movements; decolonial theory and praxis; and environmental sociology. His dissertation focuses on the movement for Puerto Rican studies at the City University of New York during the 1960s and 1970s.
