Francisco Durand

Francisco Durand was born in Lima, Peru and holds a Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley. He currently teaches Political Science at the Catholic University of Peru, having taught also at the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he is Professor Emeritus. Has has published 13 books in various countries on business-government relations and corporate state capture in Peru and Latin America.
