Silvina Romano is a researcher with the Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas (CONICET) in Argentina and coordinator of the Unidad de Análisis Geopolítico of the Centro Estratégico Latinoamericano de Geopolítica (CELAG). She has a doctorate in political science.

Anibal García Fernández has a master’s in Latin American Studies from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and is member of the Centro Estratégico Latinoamericano de Geopolítica (CELAG).
