ABSTRACT
This essay includes personal and professional reflections on sexual health and intimacy. The emerging definition of compulsive sexual behavior disorder forms a foundation upon which are built successive contexts of inquiry, including polyamory and non/monogamous relationships, Internet pornography, and ethics for intimate sexual health. Summaries of articles in the current issue are provided.
