Abstract
In this paper, a new method was developed for the determination of glyceryl dilinoleate, 1,3-dipalmitate glyceride, and glyceryl 1,3-distearate in milk by ultra-performance liquid chromatography—evaporative light scattering detector (UPLC-ELSD). The analytes were extracted with acetone, dried by nitrogen and then dissolved in isopropanol. Under the optimized conditions, glyceryl dilinoleate (10–100 mg/L), glyceryl 1,3-dipalmitate (10–100 mg/L) and glyceryl 1,3-distearate (10–100 mg/L) showed a good linear relationship (R2>0.997), with LODs and LOQs in the range of 3.15–3.19 mg/L and 10.30–10.50 mg/L, respectively. The recoveries of the analytes in the milk were in the range of 72.5% − 127.5%, with the relative standard deviations (RSD) (n = 6) less than 6.0%. All the results indicated that the method was suitable for the determination of glyceryl dilinoleate, glyceryl 1,3-dipalmitate and glyceryl 1,3-distearate in milk.
