Abstract

The characteristics of Micellar Liquid Chromatography with hybrid eluents are described. The influence of the addition of an organic modifier to the mobile phase on the retention, eluent strength, efficiency and selectivity is discussed. The application of MLC with hybrid eiuents for predicting solutes hydrophobicity is studied.
