The first author, Christopher P. Brown, regrets two mistakes in attributions in the published version of this article. Christopher P. Brown would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused and wishes to be clear these attribution oversights were made by him and do not involve his co-author, Dr. Joanna Englehardt. The article has been corrected to include both attributions as endnotes.

On page 24 after the comment associated, note 1 has been cited. On page 30, after the comment associated, note 2 has been cited.
