ABSTRACT

The article presents the findings of a comparative study of two types of volunteers: volunteers working with people and volunteers working with animals. It is shown that the two groups volunteers exhibit significant differences in terms of extroversion, adaptability, and openness to new experiences. The study also identifies differences in the key sources of motivation for volunteer activity, with these sources of motivation corresponding to the identified personality traits of the volunteers studied.
