Application of Nano-HZSM-5 Catalyst on Aromatization of FCC Gasoline

Abstract

The influence of reaction conditions on aromatization, deactivation, and regeneration properties of Nano-HZSM-5 zeolite catalyst were introduced when it was applied to catalytic cracking gasoline aromatization. The experimental results showed that the optimal conditions are reaction temperature of 430°, reaction pressure 0.3 MPa, and liquid hour space velocity 1.0 h−1. The aromatization properties of deactivated Nano-HZSM-5 catalyst maintained steadiness for one to two regenerations.
