Abstract
To prepare students for the work force and to enhance learning, more college courses are utilizing teambased learning. This study was an assessment of a team driven course that was designed to help students develop collaborative skills and experience team processes. At the beginning and the end of the semester, students' attitudes about teamwork were evaluated. Their overall attitude towards working with classmates and in a team environment increased significantly. The results supported other research, which indicated that a collaborative classroom has a positive effect on students.
