Abstract
Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) are effective ways to achieve competitive advantage and improve organizational performance. This research investigates SCM and ERP systems dimensions and tests their relationships with competitive advantage and organizational performance. A survey is conducted on 216 Tunisian managers. Data are analyzed using principal components analysis and relationships are tested using linear regression. Results show the importance of SCM and ERP systems adoption. It reveals their positive impact on organizational performance and competitive advantage.

Nabil Mzoughi
Nabil Mzoughi is professor of marketing and supply chain management at the University of Sousse, Tunisia. He is former dean of a higher institute of technological studies. He teaches information technology management and participates to different international conferences. Pr. Mzoughi is the director of the research unit MaPReCoB and supervises several Ph.D. researches. His works are published by various international journals. He also intervened as a senior consultant in many industrial firms in Tunisia.
Nedra Bahri
Nedra Bahri is a teaching assistant of Marketing and management at the Higher Institute of Trade and Accounting of Bizerte, Tunisia. She is member of the Research Unit MaPReCoB. She obtained her BS, MS and Ph.D. Degrees from The Higher Institute of Management of Tunis. Dr. Bahri's researches include: business-to- customer and business-to-business marketing, customer relationships management (CRM), customer satisfaction, loyalty, technology 's implementation, firm profitability, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply-Chain-Management.
Mohamed Skander Ghachem
Mobamed Skander Ghachem is a Ph.D. candidate at the ISG of Tunis. He taught management at the ISG of Sousse. He is member of the research unit MaPReCoB. His researches focus on supply chain management and e-management. Some of his researches have been presented to managerial and academic audiences and have appeared in the proceedings of the First International Symposium on Supply Chain Management. He was team manager at the second textile company in Tunisia.
