Paul S. Licker

Paul S. Licker is professor of management information systems at Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan, USA. He has worked at universities in South Africa, the United States, Canada, Thailand, and the United Kingdom. His research and teaching interests lie in global IT, IT–user relations, organizational IT maturity, and the use of IT in developing countries. He has published extensively and broadly in academic and practitioner journals and is industry editor for the Journal of Global Information Technology Management.
