Abstract
In the light of new field observations in the Gantofta—Kattslösa area of northwestern Skåne, the stratigraphical position of the top and bottom deposits of the Upper Sinemurian sequence in northwestern Skåne (Pankarp Beds) can be more exactly determined. The very rapid facies changes of the Pankarp Beds are briefly described.
