There were five typographical errors in this paper:
1. Page 229, in Equation 2 (Eucalyptus delegatensis aboveground biomass):
‘0.01’ should be ‘0.1’.
2. Page 229, in Figure 5,
‘E. obl Kieth et al.’ should be ‘E. obl Keith et al.’
3. Page 231, second-to-last paragraph:
‘466(132)’ should be ‘340(104)’, as in Table II.
4. Page 233, first paragraph:
‘619’ should be ‘622’, as in the abstract.
5. Page 235, first paragraph:
‘466(132)’ should be ‘469(132)’, as on page 231 and in Table III.
