Organogenèse induite chez des plants de Prosopis farcta (Fabaceae, Mimosoideae) développés in vitro par apport de diverses concentrations en ions Na+ et SO4−-

Abstract

The in vitro development of Prosopis farcta plants is dependent on the Na+ and SO4 −- ions concentration in culture medium. Different media were prepared by taking Gamborg medium, which macro elements were reduced by ten, as the basal medium and adding these ions at different concentrations. Medium containing low concentrations of sodium and sulphate, those added with Na+ in a concentration of 12.5 mM or 25 mM in the presence of a low concentration of SO4 −-, or with SO4 −- concentration of 25 mM in the presence of 0.1 mM of Na+ promoted the development of plants. The addition of Na+ at a low concentration with sulphate at 12.5 mM or the addition of sodium ions at 25 mM in the presence of 12.5 or 17 mM sulphate ion induced the formation of buds.

Résumé

Le développement in vitro de plants de Prosopis farcta est dépendant de la concentration du milieu de culture en Na+ et SO4 −-. Différents milieux de culture ont été établis en prenant le milieu Gamborg, dont les macroéléments sont dilués dix fois, comme milieu de base, additionné de ces ions à différentes concentrations. Le milieu contenant des faibles concentrations en ions sodium et sulfate, ceux renfermant du Na+ à la concentration de 12.5 mM ou de 25 mM en présence d'une faible concentration en SO4 −- ou encore du SO4 −- à la concentration de 25 en présence de 0.1 mM de Na+ favorisent le développement des plants. L'apport du Na+ à une faible concentration en présence de 12.5 mM de sulfate ou bien l'apport de l'ion sodium à 25 mM en présence de 12.5 ou 17 mM de l'ion sulfate favorise l'initiation de bourgeons.
