ABSTRACT

The problems connected with mathematical modelling of biosensor systems are discussed. The design biosensor principles are given. The biosensor behaviour is descriebed by systems of differential non-linear equations of second order. The following variants are presenteted: one-enzyme one-substrate, one-enzyme two-substrate, multienzyme one-substrate and two-enzyme two-substrate biosensors with different kind of kinetics. A mathematical model of the tissue biosensor with banane is suggested, too.
