ABSTRACT
Bioconversion of cellulose-containing substrates to bioethanol represents an important area of the modern biotechnology. The bioconversion effectiveness depends on the properties of the applied enzyme preparations, in addition to the dependence of the substrates nature.
The main goal of this investigation was the optimization of the biosynthesis of cellulase and hemicellulase enzymes by the micromycetic strain Aspergillus niger A-5. Influence of the type and quantity of used inductors has been investigated. Dynamics of the biosynthesis of the individual enzymes from cellulase and hemicellulase complex has been studied in batch cultivation of the producer.
