Carmen Nolte-Odhiambo
Carmen Nolte-Odhiambo is an assistant professor of English at the University of Hawai‘i – West O‘ahu. She is the author of multiple articles and book chapters as well as the co-editor of Childhood and Pethood in Literature and Culture: New Perspectives in Childhood Studies and Animal Studies (Routledge, 2017). She is currently at work on a monograph, titled ‘The Child’s Time: Anthropogenesis, Asexuality, and Aetotemporality’, that critically examines the figure of the child across a range of literary and artistic representations.
