Martin P. Sellers
Martin P. Sellers is the dean of the School of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, at Lincoln Memorial University, Harrogate, Tennessee. Email: [email protected]. His research interests are in administration prisons criminal justice and the politics of crime. His monograph, The politics of presence in the United States, 1995, was published by University Press. He is currently working on a project to compare the costs of imprisonment with the cost of educating prisoners who are then released.
