ABSTRACT
Inclusive education is an innovative and creative educational process that shifts the emphasis from the individual to the collective. Inclusive education takes into account the problems that arise due to the diversity of students and seeks to design an appropriate policy for educational programs and to develop an appropriate climate, culture, and practices in the school unit so as to be a mainstream school that provides equal opportunities for learning and teaching. Based on the above, the call attention to the inclusive practices school principals apply in their educational activities, to and main obstacles they may face The school should be a truly focused human-centric organization, at the center of which is the learning process that will connect all parts of the organization for human prosperity. The door to sustainable and systemic leadership must be open in all areas where processes are integrated and refined. The reason is that school leadership is the means by which inclusive education is developed. Moral purpose is attained when school leadership is exercised for the common good, creating a positive and collaborative culture and integrating all school levels.

Georgia Ketikidou
Georgia Ketikidou is a primary school teacher. She graduated from the University of Aegean. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Nicosia in Special Education, and a Master in Economics of Education from the University of Piraeus. She has worked as a special education teacher for more than 7 years and she is particularly interested in inclusive and integrated education.
Anna Saiti
Dr Anna Saiti, is a Professor of Management and Economics of Education, in the Department of Early Childhood Education and Care, School of Administrative, Economics & Social Sciences, University of West Attica, Athens, Greece. Her research interests focus on the management and economics of education and health as well as the labor market. She is the author of six books (in Greek) and 4 books in English published by Springer and Routledge publication. She has written several articles regarding management and economics of education and health care published by international scientific journals. She is also an Assistant Editor of the Journal: International Journal of Leadership in Education (Taylor & Francis).
