When the above article was published online, some information was missing in Neil Arya’s Notes on contributors.

The correct statement should be:

“Neil Arya is a family physician in Kitchener, Ontario and an assistant clinical professor in Family Medicine at McMaster University (part-time) and adjunct professor in Environment and Resource Studies at the University of Waterloo. He is the president of the Canadian Physicians for Research and Education in Peace (CPREP) (www.cprep.ca) and of the PEGASUS Global Health Conference to be held in Toronto in April, 2018 (www.pegasusconference.ca). The Conference focuses on Peace, Global Health and Sustainability and has partnered with Medicine, Conflict and Survival. He was Guest Editor for the Palestinian Section in this issue of Medicine, Conflict & Survival.”
