Abstract

We, the Editor and Publisher of the European Journal of Contraception & Reproductive Health Care, have retracted the following article:

Following the article’s publication, significant concerns were raised about the integrity of the data and reported results in the article. When approached for an explanation, the authors kindly provided their data, but they have not sufficiently addressed the concerns raised. 摘要

目的：本研究的目的是比较接受剖宫产的女性在胎盘娩出后立即放置与产后6周时放置含铜宫内节育器（IUD）6个月后的取出率。

方法：2016年2月至2018年12月间在埃及一所大学医院进行了一项平行随机试验。参与者被随机分为胎盘娩出后放置宫内节育器组和产后6周放置宫内节育器组。参与者被随访12个月。主要结果是6个月后取出宫内节育器和仍使用宫内节育器的女性比例。次要结果是12个月时的累积妊娠率。

结果：每组500名参与者。6个月后, 胎盘娩出后放置宫内节育器组的总取出数为58/416（13.9%）, 产褥期放置宫内节育器组为4/214（1.9%）；6个月后, 胎盘娩出后组的IUD使用数为416/478（87.0%）, 产褥期组为214/232（92.2%）。12个月后通过电话收集数据显示, 产褥期组（84/500, 16.8%）的累积妊娠率高于胎盘娩出后组（22/500, 4.4%）。胎盘娩出后组12个月后宫内节育器继续使用率较高。

结论：与产褥期组相比, 胎盘娩出后组6个月后宫内节育器取出率较高, 但该组放置宫内节育器较多, 12个月后出现妊娠的情况较少。
