The Journal of Vocational Education & Training Editorial Management Committee is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) in guest editing a JVET Special Issue.
Your EOI should include:
| (1) | The name(s) and institutional affiliation(s) of the proposed Guest Editor(s). | ||||
| (2) | An outline of the theme you are proposing for a JVET Special Issue, explaining the rationale for this theme, why it is significant, its appeal to an international readership, and why you think a call for papers on this theme would attract a strong pool of abstracts. Recent JVET Special Issues have focused on gender and VET (see current issue) and race and VET (see Issue 3 2017). | ||||
Please send your EOIs (max 600 words) to the Editor, Professor Alison Fuller (email: [email protected]) by Friday 12 May 2017. The Editorial Management Committee will notify the successful proposer(s) by the end of May 2017. The selected guest editor(s) will be asked to develop a call for abstracts to be included in the Summer issue of the journal, and for announcement at the JVET2017 conference in early July (7–9 July). The intention is for the SI to be published in 2018.
