ABSTRACT
A refreshing ambivalence at the heart of psychoanalysis makes it straddle both modernist and poststructuralist narratives, shielding it from its penchant for universalism. Similarly, when phenomenological and heuristic styles of research are held lightly and critically, and no longer constricted by subjectivism and a philosophy of consciousness, they can be more effective in navigating the intricacies of human experience and open the exploration to postqualitative investigation.

Eine erfrischende Ambivalenz im Herzen der Psychoanalyse lässt sie sowohl modernistische als auch poststrukturalistische Erzählungen überspannen und schützt sie vor ihrer Vorliebe für Universalismus. In ähnlicher Weise können phänomenologische und heuristische Forschungsstile, wenn sie leichtfertig und kritisch gehalten werden und nicht länger durch Subjektivismus und eine Philosophie des Bewusstseins eingeschränkt werden, die Feinheiten der menschlichen Erfahrung effektiver steuern und die Erforschung für postqualitative Untersuchungen öffnen.

Una ambivalencia refrescante en el corazón del psicoanálisis hace que se acobarde en narrativas modernistas y postestructuralistas, protegiéndola de su inclinación por el universalismo. Del mismo modo, cuando los estilos fenomenológicos y heurísticos de la investigación se llevan a cabo de manera ligera y crítica, y ya no están restringidos por el subjetivismo y una filosofía de conciencia, pueden ser más eficaces en la navegación por las complejidades de la experiencia humana y abrir la exploración a la investigación postcualitativa.

Un’ambivalenza rinfrescante nel cuore della psicoanalisi pone a cavallo tra narrazioni moderniste e post-strutturaliste, proteggendola da l’universalismo. Allo stesso modo, quando gli stili di ricerca fenomenologici ed euristici vengono svolti in modo chiaro e critico e non sono limitati dal soggettivismo e da una filosofia della coscienza, possono essere particolarmente efficaci nel navigare le complessità dell’esperienza umana e aprire l’esplorazione all’indagine post-qualitativa.
Une ambivalence rafraîchissante au cœur même de la psychanalyse lui permet d’être à cheval sur les deux discours, moderniste et post structuraliste, la protégeant ainsi contre son penchant pour l’universalisme. De manière similaire, lorsque les deux styles de recherche, phénoménologique et heuristique sont utilisés sans lourdeur en gardant un esprit critique et ne sont plus coincés par le subjectivisme et la philosophie de la conscience, ils peuvent être plus efficaces pour naviguer au sein des complexités de l’expérience humaine et ouvrir l’exploration à l’investigation post qualitative.

Μια αναζωογονητική αμφιθυμία στην καρδιά της ψυχανάλυσης την καθιστά ανοιχτή τόσο σε μοντερνιστικές όσο και σε μεταστρουκτουραλιστικές αφηγήσεις, προστατεύοντάς την από την τάση της για οικουμενικότητα. Με παρόμοιο τρόπο, όταν φαινομενολογικοί και ευρετικοί τρόποι έρευνας εφαρμόζονται με ελαφριά και κριτική στάση και όχι υπό τον περιορισμό της υποκειμενικότητας και μιας φιλοσοφίας του συνειδητού, μπορούν να είναι πιο αποτελεσματικές στην καθοδήγηση της πολυπλοκότητας της ανθρώπινης εμπειρίας και να ανοίξουν την έρευνα σε μεταποιοτική μελέτη.
