ABSTRACT
The author describes the prevalence of compulsion to child pornography and notes the sparsity of psychoanalytic engagement with the phenomenon. The author describes his work in a psychoanalytic treatment with a man plagued by a compulsion to child pornography and illustrates the internal dynamics of unmetabolized trauma, identifications and erasure. At the center of the healing process is the patient’s painful recognition that the compulsion embodies a destruction of self and that he is identified with both the child victim and the perpetrators in the pornographic scenarios. The phases of the treatment are described and the author recommends an unobtrusive companioning psychoanalytic approach.

Der Autor beschreibt die Prävalenz des Zwanges zur Kinderpornografie und stellt den Mangel an psychoanalytischer Auseinandersetzung mit dem Phänomen fest. Der Autor beschreibt seine Arbeit in einer psychoanalytischen Behandlung mit einem von Zwang zur Kinderpornografie geplagten Mann und veranschaulicht die innere Dynamik von nicht metabolisiertes Trauma, Identifikationen und Auslöschungen. Im Zentrum des Heilungsprozesses steht die schmerzhafte Erkenntnis des Patienten, dass der Zwang eine Selbstzerstörung verkörpert und er sich in den pornografischen Szenarien sowohl mit dem kindlichen Opfer als auch mit den Tätern identifiziert. Die Phasen der Behandlung werden beschrieben und der Autor empfehlt ein dezentes begleitendes psychoanalytisches Vorgehen.

El autor describe su trabajo en un tratamiento psicoanalítico con un hombre plagado de una obsesión a la pornografía infantil e ilustra la dinámica interna del trauma no metabolizado, las identificaciones y el borrado. En el centro del proceso de curación está el doloroso reconocimiento del paciente de que la compulsión encarna una destrucción de sí mismo y que se identifica tanto con el niño víctima como con los perpetradores en los escenarios pornográficos. Se describen las fases del tratamiento y el autor recomienda un enfoque psicoanalítico de acompañamiento discreto.

L’autore descrive il suo lavoro durante il trattamento psicoanalitico con un uomo afflitto da compulsione alla pornografia infantile e illustra le dinamiche interne del trauma non metabolizzato, delle identificazioni e della rimozione. Al centro del processo di guarigione c’è il doloroso riconoscimento, da parte del paziente, che la compulsione incarna la distruzione del Sé, il quale si identifica sia con la vittima, il bambino, sia con i perpetratori, negli scenari pornografici. L’autore descrive le fasi del trattamento, raccomandando un approccio psicoanalitico non invasivo di accompagnamento.

L’auteur décrit son travail en tant qu’analyste auprès d’un homme rongé par une compulsion à la pornographie enfantine et illustre les dynamiques internes des traumas non métabolisés, des identifications et de l’effacement. Au centre du processus de guérison on trouve la prise de conscience du patient que cette compulsion représente une destruction du self et qu’il est identifié à la fois à l’enfant victime et aux coupables dans les scénarios pornographiques. Les phases du traitement sont décrites et l’auteur préconise une approche de compagnonnage psychanalytique non invasive.

Ο συγγραφέας περιγράφει την επικράτηση του καταναγκασμού στην παιδική πορνογραφία και σημειώνει την έλλειψη ψυχαναλυτικής ενασχόλησης με το φαινόμενο. Ο συγγραφέας περιγράφει τη θεραπευτική του δουλειά σε μια ψυχαναλυτική θεραπεία με έναν άνδρα που βασανίζεται από έναν καταναγκασμό στην παιδική πορνογραφία και απεικονίζει την εσωτερική δυναμική του μη μεταβολισμένου τραύματος, των ταυτίσεων και του αφανισμού.
