ABSTRACT

To effectively solve the current problems of the existing evaluation system such as redundant indicator systems, not being comprehensive enough, and single evaluation subjects, this paper establishes the green ship evaluation indicator system from the perspective of green shipbuilding supply chain such as procurement, shipbuilding, navigation, and scrapping. On this basis, the method of analytic hierarchy process is adopted to determine the indicator weights at all levels, and the initial weights are revised by the method of decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory, which effectively reduces the mutual influence among the evaluation indicators at each level. Taking five 10,000-ton container ships made by different manufacturers as an example, the paper applies the specific application of improved analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the research, and the obstacle degree model is used to find out the factors that hinder the improvement of the green level. Evaluation results guarantee the validity of the method.
