Erratum

When the above article was first published online, the following errors were noted:

1. In equation (2), the letter C was missing after the equality symbol. The correct equation is: $G(s):=C{\left(sE-A\right)}^{-1}B.$

2. There were excessive blank spaces in equations 17(a)-(c).

3. Equation (24) was set incorrectly, this should have been:

   (24a) $V_{\mu }^{k+1}=\left[V_{\mu }^k\hspace{0.17em}{V}_{\mu }^{k,+}\right]\hspace{0.17em}$(24a)
   (24b) $W_{\mu }^{k+1}=\left[\hspace{0.17em}{W}_{\mu }^k\hspace{0.17em}{W}_{\mu }^{k,+}\right]\hspace{0.17em}$(24b)

4. The word ‘@mathfonts’ was introduced at the beginning of equation (35) by mistake.

These errors have now been corrected in the published version.
