As a means to further improve efficacy and quality of this journal we have decided to increase the number of associate editors. In addition to Elisabeth Ståhle and Harald Vik-Mo, who have agreed to continue their engagement, we have been fortunate to enroll another six highly knowledgeable clinicians and scientists in the cardiovascular field. They are all well known throughout the Nordic community and beyond, but we still want to give a very short presentation of them below.
