Abstract

Laser experiments with Nd3+:KLa(WO4)2 crystal were performed. The maximum pulse laser was 37.3 mJ at 1.06 μm pumped by a single Xenon flash-lamp. The overall and slope efficiencies were 0.27% and 0.28%, respectively. The laser energy threshold value Eth was 0.36 J.
