Theresa Wray is an independent scholar. Most recently her work on Irish women’s fiction has been published in Ageing Women in Literature and Visual Culture (2017). Writings on Mary Lavin have been published in New Hibernia Review (Summer 2015), The Irish Short Story: Traditions and Trends (2015), Mary Lavin (2013), New Voices, Inherited Lines: Literary and Cultural Representations of the Irish Family (2013), The Irish Review (Winter 2013) and The Politics of Irish Writing (2010). Her research interests focus on Irish women’s short story writing from the mid-twentieth century and contemporary Irish women’s fiction, in conjunction with women’s studies issues.
