Xiaoping Wei

Xiaoping Wei is a professor, director of History of Marxism Philosophy in the Philosophy Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, vice-director of History of Marxism Philosophy Society of China and vice-director of Western Marxism Society of China. She is author of The Reflection on the Historical Subject and Historical Object (1999, China), On the Tracks of Karl Marx (2005, China), German Ideology, re-read and analysis from MEGA (2010, China), Rethinking China's Economic Transformation (2010, U.S.), The Road Towards ‘Capital’: On the track of Marx' Labor Theory of Value — Read MEGA² (2013,China). She has given presentations in a number of countries including the USA, the UK, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, France, Austria, Russia, Turkey, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Japan, Vietnam and Iran. Her publications have appeared or have been translated into a number of languages including English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Slovakian, Japanese and Vietnamese.
